Pros

Young and growing company, plenty of opportunities to get promoted

Cons

Job security wavers with testing numbers. Company is more than willing to overwork employees, which in some instances can create safety issues. No job benefits for contractors. Even salaried employees like me get 3 sick days a year (which is mind boggling to me, given that they are in contact with sick people all day)

Thanks for taking the time to share your concerns, while recognizing our commitment to growing our employees along with our company. Depending on the business need, there may be times we ask for voluntary overtime, but we try to limit that as much as possible. We would never want anyone to risk safety. In regards to benefits, once employees pass 90 days, we offer a standard 24 hours of sick time to use at your discretion. In addition, as it relates to COVID-related issues, we offer 80 hours of COVID sick leave (whether or not the state requires it), 16 hours for initial COVID-19 vaccination, and an additional 8 hours for the booster (more than state requirements). Contractors can receive benefits through their third party organization.

Pros

-Some people in the company will have your back and give you a chance to show your skills -Some of the people here are very helpful(someone a lower level than me who probably should have been my level helped me so much)

Cons

-They promote negative competitions -You get a gift card like once a year and they tax it on your next check -Once we noticed salaried employees should get unlimited PTO across the company's policy; we all banded together- the loophole was to make us all hourly instead of giving us what the company offered for salary employees which they made us salary in 2 weeks after we fought the policy -The company makes many promises to everyone but can't keep it -CNs are what keeps this company afloat yet treated like slums -They hire and promote their friends in a short time while others fight for growth(not related to me but I have seen and heard some of the worse things from people who want to move up in this company. I wouldn't even dare try because they are becoming TOXIC) -They often use a group of their best employees for different things but never reward or promote them
