      Atmosphere is amazing working with children.

      Cons

      No structure or organization! They're working with a scheduling system that does not pertain to the facility. I was there for 2 short months, working 32hrs wk and my stress level was ridiculous, they have two people at the front desk on different shifts with high volume constantly. Days where the phone never stops ringing.
