Pros
There are really no pros I can think of. In order to add review I must use twenty words to input my thoughts.
Cons
Pay. Lacking benefits. High demands with no compense. Being hired in one job description and then later being told you will perform jobs in other departments with no additional compense. Last minute being put on a work schedule you were not told about. Being forced to work additional hours or weekends with flex time being your only reciprocity. Being told not asked what new job duties you will do. The work environment is filthy. There is so much dodging work and gossip going on real work does not get done. Serious lack of dress code, hygiene and professional dress or attitudes. No decent training, room for growth or potential raise.
