      Pros

      - Great team of missionaries (very little politics) - Experienced leadership focused on Product - Novel problem-space with tons of potential - Solid backing investors

      Cons

      - Comp heavily indexed on equity, which isn't for everyone - At times, lacks some processes around product development (no sprints, fragmented tools, etc.). This will be fixed in due time, but can be a culture shock if coming from highly organized setting.
