Great place to work - Anonymous employee Curate Restaurant Employee Review

Highly organized, management is phenomenal, training is thorough, owners care deeply about the quality of the food they offer and their guests' experience. It's anything but easy to operate a restaurant, but Curate owners are doing everything they can to do it right.

I don't really have anything to add here.

High quality Ingredients. Nice co-workers. Nice equipment and ambiance of work-environment. The rest of this is to fulfill the 20 word minimum. There really isn't anything else positive to say.

Incredibly low pay for the average ticket price. They really don't care how much experience you have because they see it as a "privilege" to work there. Completely inept management. Staff meal usually consists of some form of hot-dog i.e. "Hot Dog Casserole" I was treated with more respect and paid better when I worked for a TGI-Fridays. You will likely be asked to work 14-15 hour shifts with only one 30-minute break. You will have "scheduled" bathroom breaks. Basically, they break every law they think they can get away with.
