Good place to work until you disagree - Sales Manager Curate Employee Review

Thanks so much for taking time to give feedback. We do appreciate your feedback on the health benefits for families. TBH...you were the first family with a large number of kids that we had at Curate so it was a new subject we hadn't worked with. Because of your feedback, we were able to get a dramatically better new Health Insurance offering that assisted families better. To be frank, your comment on here about LinkedIn sounds like you were still in a bad spot a year after you transitioned out of the company - especially since I rarely post on LinkedIn. I hate it if my actions led to where you're at. To the point of the nonsense urgency to hit targets: you were our VP of Sales. It became urgent when our August 2021 new revenue was less than the previous year. The previous year when we had no VP of sales in place and we were selling into the event industry in the middle of 2020. With your direction, we nearly doubled our total compensation package for our sales team members - which would have been a positive but new revenue didn't follow. Unfortunately, we do have to look at the ROI being driven by roles and departments as they drive that urgency.
