A family run tech company - who would have thought you'd hear that? VC are nowhere near this company and it feels like that the minute you walk through the door. There's a palpable drive and ambition without the cloak of threat hanging in each corner. Talented people, compelling and inclusive leadership. I could go on and on.

Office is getting small (but the view is to die for).

Curata is shaping up to be one of the most satisfying jobs of my career. The company culture includes frequent and honest feedback. This creates a challenging (in a positive way) environment where everyone is constantly improving. It also creates a level of accountability I have rarely seen. I am constantly challenged and pushed to do better. At the same time, the "work/life balance" is great. We have no unrealistic deadlines, death marches, or workaholics.

We need to improve our employee diversity and our benefits don't compete well with what larger companies can offer.
