Pros

+ you may get some experience and empowerment at young age, but don't expect any serious career growth - for that you will need to change companies + very international and young team, but a lot of good people leave within 1,5-2 years and rightfully so

Cons

- long hours / high pressure / low pay (only ok for as entry-level jobs) - chaotic, lack of company vision: one quarter they may go full throthle and hire 20 people; next quarter several departments undergo layoffs due to cost-cutting - MD's favor and promote their incompetent "buddies" (even in key positions) over qualified professionals; many are unhappy and leave. This results in inefficiencies and high risks to the company. Seems like MD's have been outgrown by the company; lack maturity and competence to run a company of this size - Despite youthful bravado top management treat employees (and clients, and partners, etc.) like dispensables; sometimes they are downright disrespectful and unprofessional

Pros

In this company I have really learnt a lot in SEO field. I met good people and get more knowledge than I would get in some other companies. It was great experience but I am happy that it has finished.

Cons

Somehow in CupoNation you are pushed to work really more. So be ready to work from 9am to 7-8pm. Before in Cuponation you could get more knowledge but now they are hiring only interns like a mashines for work. All leading positions are already taken so dont beleive promisses like: about 30% of interns are getting extention of contract after internship. That's how interns are getting motivated and reason why they think they need to work more. It's a startup and there are always lots of work. So when you cannot reach goal in the end of the week you feel that you need to work harder.
