Pros

Cundall prides itself on having a “collaborative culture” when in fact it is nothing but one huge clique. If your face fits then great, if not you are in for a struggle. Management are devoid of responsibility and prefer to play the blame game. There is a strong culture of talking behind someone’s back, rather than being up front. The most bloated marketing team I have ever seen! Responsible for churning out the pretence that they are forward thinking and inclusive when in reality the business is built on buzzwords. Definitely style over substance. Benefits are below industry standard. Offices adequate but nothing special. HR about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Cons

None, just happy to be out of there!

Pros

Great support team and I was always busy with tasks to complete

Cons

Due to the variety of different projects each for a short amount of time, getting to know people well was difficult!

Pros

There are genuinely knowledgeable and capable people here, with strong technical expertise to learn from across the business. The early careers learning and development programme is a real strength: it gave me structured opportunities to practise skills on the job, understand my own working style, and develop professionally. Many colleagues are warm and approachable, and there are good relationships to be found across the wider organisation. My line manager also made real efforts to support me.

Cons

Team culture can vary a lot depending where you land. In some teams the management style leans toward micromanagement, and there can be limited room to take genuine ownership of your work or to correct mistakes independently before they escalate. The culture in places blurs the line between colleagues and close friends, which won't suit everyone — those who prefer clearer professional boundaries may find it a difficult fit.
