      Benefits, PTO, and pay are below average. Lack of communication related to career development.

      Pros

      Industry leading firm for PMCM work. Many clients and longevity for employment is promised. Not too many employees per region that growth seems impossible.

      Cons

      Promotion timing and selection is unclear. Salary could be more competitive. In job resources seem limited. Work life balance isn't good. Typical daily 8-5 in office office setting, no room for flexibility or hybrid.
