Pros

-Discounts! Working here gives the employee wonderful discounts to their sweet delicate custard, and their menu items as well to enjoy from. -Positive work atmosphere, and employees You get to work with other employees that care and want to share the experience and to work while making a friend or 2. -So fresh and so clean! Working at Culvers upholds the most sanitary, and cleanliness inside and out of the store. When you walk into the store, the first thing you notice is how clean and well kept everything is!

Cons

-Hot! Working at Culvers, at least in the back in the kitchen, working around the grill, fryer, can cause a lot of heat, and can induce a little bit of stress, -Fast paced Of course working in fast food industry, although not so fast because Culvers reassures a "Fast Casual" food service, the work environment is very fast paced, upholding a sense of urgency in the kitchen, can induce a bit of stress to the employee to meet certain circumstances under a certain amount of time can feel very pressuring, assuring positive customer satisfaction. However, there are breaks in between that give those working in the back a break from the action. -Opportunity for everyone. The management I was working under was amazing, they worked with the employees to work for a perfect schedule, while being able to work around other's schedules. I was able to advance to a crew trainer, however, I came to a dead end trying to hard to work myself up and to prove to the management that I really wanted a position that seemed like it was impossible to achieve, so I felt that pursuing a career at Culvers was not in it for me

Pros

Many wonderful promises, they say they will work with you on schedules and attending school or college.

Cons

They do not, now that schools are resuming the managers are giving conflicting hours, different managers calling up to give hours and when the employee arrives they have changed their minds and send the employee home. Manages chose favorites and fight amount them selves as to what the rules are and the employee gets caught in the middle and accused of not following orders.
