Pros
Given the hot climate in Singapore, the AC is cold and reliable - absolutely winter-condition. They provide lunch so you wouldn't need to queue and spend much money on sustenance - greater savings! Young, energetic and dynamic, they are arbitrarily liberal yet confining at the same time. Unstructured and much room for play. VERY GOOD FOR FRESH GRADUATE WITH NO EXPERIENCE.
Cons
They are micro-managers, with a definite 44 work hour/week schedule - they dictate your learning curve and leaves no room for growth and creativity. They are new managers meaning, with enough sales revenue brought in, they are able to "manage" older generation people and people with seemingly more experience than they do. Think twice. Fun, but, no fun!
