Pros
It’s a very straightforward job. You take the shift, you work there, and get paid. I haven’t had any bad experiences with the company itself, though some worksites that contract culinary staffing are less pleasant than others. You can work at some cool places though.
Cons
Some places you go to aren’t great to be at, but it doesn’t really matter because you never have to go back.
