Pros

Nothing was good about the location I was at

Cons

They will absolutely run you into the ground when you are in boh management, hire 10+ foh employees and then tell you there is no budget for cooks and force the chefs to work the line all night, often times until 4- 5am during busy season, running 11% + on foh budget and run under 7% often times 6% for boh. Mark my words steer very clear of this company if you want to work less than 70 hours a week, I have been in this field for 15+ years and have never had a more awful experience than working here. Oh, was also fired for being sick under the guise of “performance”, they also yell, scream, harass, and make female employees feel uncomfortable and sweep it under the rug. BEWARE
