Ridiculous arrogance is at the center of this company's culture. As a result, this is also the least customer centric company I have ever been. Employees are treated as a commodity, like trash, treated in an unfair way, with almost zero opportunities to progress. People don't count here. An unexperienced leadership team runs the company.
