      Pros

      The Solutions offered by Cubix are great. The Products are from L1 to L& but having good expertise in L4 to L7. Cubix Team is good & Competitive & Quality team. Good HR Practices, Skills set development event takes place & Training is arranged to all Employees.

      Cons

      There are no cons in the Company but yes there could be few common things which are common in all Organizations.

      Pros

      No pressure from seniors, work as a team, ready to address problems put forth, its v good place as long as you stay there.. Increment every year based on your performance..

      Cons

      Once you leave the company.. you have to follow up for your PF for atleast and year. Half the time we only hear excuses..

      I had worked with CUbix Microsystem for 1+ Year, 1) Nice Company to Startup your carrier and you have lots and lots of Learnings if you are earger to learn 2) Nice staff to work with 3) Work life balance 4) Advance Technology with Full hands on working experience

      1) Salary for New Joinee need to be take in consideration
