Beautiful office space, friendly staff for the most part, gets you out of your comfort zone and expands your horizons, great holiday parties!

Not always a lot to do as an intern, some work felt redundant etc. but I can't say that I had a tremendous amount to complain about.

Opportunities to work on world class projects, grow beyond your boundaries. Their work truly competes with that of much larger agencies.

Small shop and the considerations that go along with a boutique agency. Their are long hours and weekends spent in the studio, but at the end of the night you do own your project.
