Pros

- THERE WILL BE A COVID-19 OUTBREAK IN ONE OF THE BUILDINGS AND THEY WILL WAIT WEEKS TO INFORM PEOPLE - Leadership enjoys Machiavellian power plays which do not add to business value - Horrible work life balance - Constant loss of useful leadership

Cons

- They'll say their making masks to the community to look good after the outbreak - You'll be lied to about the amount of work you'll do - You'll be lied to about job stability - You'll be lied to about company health - If you have good leaders they will be laid off by those that are above them that have no idea how to lead

Pros

Lots of jobs in India. They hire in India and cut staff in NAM and UK. Trend continues in 2026.

Cons

Benefits have been cut no merit increase. Senior management is leaving. President of CTS quit. So new president will be hired and everything will change again. One thing that's consistent at Cubic is everything changes every 6 months and they wonder why everything fulls behind. UK and NAM jobs are going to India Cubic only wants a small support group in these countries. Long ours for your are required to support India. India has a bad attitude towards people outside their country. All decisions are only to support short term goals. They have no 3 or 5 year plan they are willing to show the staff. India treated better then those in UK and NAM. Everyone is looking to find new jobs. Pattern of letting people go who have more then 10 years with the company. They like to hire cheap labor.
