Pros

- Open PTO policy (& pets in the office!). - Some really awesome team members and a couple of amazing managers who do the best with the resources they're given. - There is room for growth if you work hard and are liked by the right people. - If you are looking for a great first job, you will gain a ton of experience here. - If you like hanging out with your co-workers outside of work, you'll like the variety of work events held. - If you love to travel, this might be an amazing opportunity for you.

Cons

- No work/life balance - open PTO doesn't mean much if you're forced to take calls on vacation (or at home, outside of work hours). While not true for 100% of the staff, many are significantly overworked and underpaid. Work-life balance is NOT a priority. It's possible to do a good job, but be prepared to hustle 24/7 without a lot of support or recognition from management. - The management team is very much a boy's club - as a rule, women are paid less, even if they are doing more and have more responsibility. Female employees are asked to do things that male employees never are. - Lots of "yes men" and nepotism - being a "founding employee", a friend or family member of upper management gets you 100% farther than hard work. Diverse opinions or discussion are not always welcome, depending on what department you are in. - If you don't like to attend compulsory work events outside of work hours (many that your family / spouses aren't invited to), this might not be a good fit. - If you work remotely (like a good portion of the staff do), be prepared to be treated like you're not really part of the team by anyone but your direct teammates. There have been company holiday events planned for the whole company, but at the last minute out-of-towners were uninvited because the company didn't want to pay for the increased head-count or travel. - Lack of focus and direction from upper management - plans and initiatives constantly change, and never seems to focus on enough substance. Instead, there is a lot of effort to make things "look good on paper" - ie, mandatory employee surveys about how wonderful the company is, company culture acronyms that are a joke because they don't remotely reflect reality. Huge amounts of money are spent on the office to make it look modern and chic while hiring and raises are put on hold. Priorities just don't seem like they're in the right order. - Pay overall seems to be on the low-end of going market rate for many positions. Annual reviews are a joke - inconsistent manager to manager and year to year, and often have little substance. - Directionally, most business decisions seem to be focused on getting more sales or remaining as profitable as possible, which isn't a bad thing in and of itself, but they aren't fully planned out beyond that. For example, new software features are released, but aren't fully vetted and staff aren't always trained on them ahead of time. No one wins - not the customers and definitely not the employees who are working their butts off to "make it work" despite lack of forethought from above.

Pros

I worked at Cubex for close to 5 years, and in that time, I experienced firsthand what makes this company truly special. The owners lead with integrity, intelligence, and genuine care—not just in words, but in action. They treated me like family, and the benefits were some of the best I’ve ever had: 100% paid health insurance for both me and my family(after some time), unlimited PTO, and a generous 401(k), which allowed me to walk away with over $55,000 saved. In life, you often get out what you put in—but at Cubex, the return was far greater than I expected. I was always treated with respect and given opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I’ve had other jobs before and since, but my time at Cubex stands out. I wholeheartedly recommend Cubex (Mashura) to anyone seeking a supportive, rewarding workplace that values its people.

Cons

I am forced to add 5 words for the cons, or I can't hit submit, so.....they could have stocked their fridge in the kitchen better ; )

Pros

- Cool office. Some coworkers we're nice

Cons

- People leave a lot and the entire team will immediately talk bad about them on team meetings. It was really awkward and unprofessional. -Bad culture - Sales directors are okay but clearly have zero pull in the company and are just have a face.
