Pros

None in my personal experience

Cons

Real bad management, leadership team does not know what they are doing, they have been back and forth with city officials due to not being up to code per city regulations, they have thee worst operations Team, their buildings are NOT kept up because they choose to hire temp workers through agencies starting at 14$ an hour. They don’t have a sustainable team.

Pros

The manager at my location was very supportive, provided all the tools I needed, and was easy to work with. For some sites, this seems like a decent entry-level position to gain basic experience in property management or warehouse coordination.

Cons

On my first day, I was uncomfortably asked about my pay by another associate and at times could expect some attitude from coworkers. The janitor at my site was let go during my second week, and I was expected to take on their responsibilities without notice or extra compensation, with no follow-up or support from upper management. Communication from higher-ups was poor—getting approval for basic tasks could take hours. Pay increases were minimal despite a growing workload, and overall there was little transparency or recognition.
