Pros
No work drama, no commute, no requirement for cameras to be on during meetings, no micro-managing, great leaders, diligent leaders, availability to leave early on slow days, flexible schedule when need be, flexible schedule for students, great medical, dental, and vision insurance, fun ways to gain recognition, two 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch, and overall I felt it to be a family-like community.
Cons
First 3 months you aren't able to use any time off or have any benefits, primarily working all holidays (New Years eve half day, New Years day off, Easter off, Thanksgiving off, Christmas Eve half day, Christmas off), working at least one day in the weekend, 2 off days one being a weekend day and one during the week so your off days are not back to back, two 15 min breaks and one 30 minute lunch, and not many 100% remote positions open for promotions to those who work at the call center remotely (at least not yet).
