Pros
Like most jobs, colleagues are probably the best part of the job. Sometimes customers can be really good too. I worked here for close to 4 years, a few years ago the job was better but those times are gone.
Cons
How long do you have? My biggest gripe is that they are wage thieves. These clowns did not pay out my Vacation time when they decided to let me go. HR here is bad, unethical, and incompetent. Pay has always been low but this year you will need a second job with this one if you are a sole income. Upper management created a pressure cooker this year and drove off the previous talent who built this company's reputation. Just so you know, goals will shift, management will gaslight you, and you will be doing two employee's work by yourself.
