Pros
Most teammates were a pleasure to work with. The culture itself is amazing on paper.
Cons
Many unqualified District Managers who play favoritism and their favorites are usually the ones who do not actually do their job. There's alot that can be exposed but I will say it is a decent job overall however if you have any real values and genuinely care about people this may not be the place for you. They do not practice what they preach but want you to. The pay is low for what we deal with everyday. Most of the employees are unhappy but stay because of the somewhat worklife balance.
