- Workplace environment is greatly dependant on management. If your store or district manager is unreasonable or likes to micromanage, the job is uncomfortable. - Compensation is poor and raises are extremely small (~1%) - Company leadership is extremely segregated from retail stores often leading to strange and unrealistic policy. -Generally days off are not flexible. - Benefits are offered but unreasonably expensive. - Company is extremely unwilling to spend money on necessary goods such as merchandise or cleaning supplies.
