Pros
Being able to just make calls and payments all day, sometimes nothing at all depending on the location. Being able to make the move easier or less stressful for the customer as it already is. Uniform ( Tops ) were nice.
Cons
The Pay is horrible , might as well take that job title off and put " Sales Associate". For the title at least have it with the deserved pay especially for what the employees have to put up with. Doing it yourself and not hiring a company is the way they save money and make the Store manager or even General Manager do all the disgusting dirty work that may even get us sick. Yes, storage is a business but does that mean keeping away from being humane? Selling peoples things and having us the employees be on the phone or an email later hearing them cry and be in shock because they couldn't believe they were in the position where they have actually lost all their things. Human Resource department is a failure
