      Pros

      Pay is okay, but not the best.

      Cons

      This might be the worst company I ever worked at. Employees are leaving at an alarming rate, it's a sinking ship. The CEO doesn't know how to lead and is biased to certain employees. The leadership can't lead a thirsty horse to water. The whole C suite was hired and fired/left after 1 year. There is no one is a leadership role / manager role that has been with the company more than 2 years besides the founders.

      attentive, energetic, and overwhelmingly positive leadership hybrid work schedule allows for best of both worlds genuinely fun to come into the office and work amongst my peers

      extremely fast paced environment, awesome and engaging for some, could be detrimental for others
