-Managers seem to think they're still in highschool -Favoritism -Lots of gossiping and backstabbing between management which works it's way down to the employees and in turn absolutely kills morale and motivation -Store manager seems lost at times and out of the loop or just truly doesn't care -District managers seem clueless as to what is going on in their stores
