      None, this job had nothing good.

      Cons

      Terrible management that didn’t know how to schedule enough employees. I was scheduled on days that I requested off and you really just can’t request time off because you get scheduled and then get fired when you don’t show up.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
