      Pros

      I have to put in at least a 5 word minimum so I came up with 7: Nothing, None, Zip, Zero, Zilch, Nil, Naught. This Cub is not under Corporate, but Independently owned (It is however, under the banner of the corporate Cub Foods so there are things, I believe, that they have to follow.

      Cons

      Favoritism Inconsistency with employees Greed Hands off management & co-managers. Owners—Out right swearing in front of customers.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
