      Pros

      Generally flexible hours, can work as needed for my own needs. Mostly day shifts. Union insurance is good.

      Cons

      FT associates expected to work at least 1 evening shift/week Sometimes more without seniority . Weekends are mandatory but can be taken off occasionally as needed. Corporate has been slashing payroll, so the workload is very heavy for employees, even managers

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
