      cant get fired for most things good for lazy unmotivated induvial

      Cons

      predatory management; they will directly lie to you whilst hiring people for more /hr while you train them.. raises are hard to get because management will ignore you for weeks if not months on end

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
