      Pros

      Managers are often nice and understanding when you're a college student. They're very flexible and just ask that you work. You'll be in a union as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes the management is bad and the managers don't care about the other employees at all. Some managers can be racist or just like others better etc. No benefits if you're part time

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
