Cub (doesn't) Care - Center Store Manager Cub Foods Employee Review

A store can only have x amount of full timers so getting hours further down the road may not be an option. If you go over your hrs one week, management will cut your hours the following week. You pay union dues and when it comes time to benefit from this the union can't actually help you. All things are left to corporate bs or "store policy". I didn't come across anyone who felt they were properly trained or felt they had the resources to learn. Employees didn't want to be there. Management undermines one another.
