      Pay check , sorry things are bad. Lots of turnover from my level and up. Labor has been cut back to ridiculous levels.

      Cons

      Upper Management very poor. Running company into the ground. Many people hoping Kroger will buy Cub. Many people looking for other jobs.

      - busy, engaging job, good for ADHD - union, dictates minimum hrs for part and full time team members, wage and raises, breaks, what mgmt can do in regard to changing your schedule on a whim

      - outdated processes - focused on bottom line over patient care -corporate stingy with hours, management unaware of union contract requirements
