The recent changes in upper-level management have made a huge difference in the workforce culture. You can learn a trade here and it's one of the few places left where a new employee can come onboard and expect to have a long-term stable career over many years.

A few toxic disgruntled people from the past still work here and resist any change for the betterment of the company, other employees, or its future.

Toxic Toxic Toxic, main floor management is lazy and caters to his friends, they sit in the office and throw hard workers under the bus, to make themselves looks better. Very unprofessional and unorganized, they loose parts and destroy things and cover them up. I saved building from burning down because of faulty wiring in aircraft. They were like thanks I guess.
