Pros

Get to work on airplanes

Cons

Toxic Toxic Toxic, main floor management is lazy and caters to his friends, they sit in the office and throw hard workers under the bus, to make themselves looks better. Very unprofessional and unorganized, they loose parts and destroy things and cover them up. I saved building from burning down because of faulty wiring in aircraft. They were like thanks I guess.

Pros

A great company with a family atmosphere where hard work is recognized and rewarded. The aircraft they manufacture are world class and it's exciting to be part of the team that builds them. The recent changes in upper-level management have made a huge difference in the workforce culture. You can learn a trade here and it's one of the few places left where a new employee can come onboard and expect to have a long-term stable career over many years.

Cons

A few toxic disgruntled people from the past still work here and resist any change for the betterment of the company, other employees, or its future.

Pros

Work in aviation field. Access to rental aircraft at reduced rate. Flight opportunities existed.

Cons

There was a fearful atmosphere in which employees did not have the freedom to think or act on their own. Management expects "unquestioning discipline" from their employees. There was no cohesion between the departments, each would speak poorly of others. Each separate department had to battle for resources and each other which created a highly charged political atmosphere. In many cases it seemed that management cared more about the politics than the work that was completed. The company acted like it was my privilege to work there and shows little regard for employees. Requests in the company went one direction: Down. Requests going up were largely ignored or suppressed. Employee retention is poor. The location of Yakima, Washington leaves much to be desired, but unfortunately location was not the worst part. CubCrafters is out of touch with the rest of the industry and has no understanding of how employees should be treated.
