Very flexible environment, ability to present new ideas if someone will listen. It's still in it's beginning stage, so your input may/may not be considered.

Lack of communication and transparency. Since the company is still new compared to its competitors, it is literally all over the place. No real proper company goals, branding, etc. Technologically, still very behind even with its own website.
