Thank you for thoughtfully reviewing Crème Design. We’re very sorry to hear that your time working here was not as great as you’d hoped. We’re glad to hear that you had a good experience with your colleagues, we pride in having a great team of talented individuals in our small firm and appreciate all the hard work everyone puts into the projects. We’re aware that in the past there has been a high turnover and are working very hard to show our appreciation and investment in our team. We’ve added benefits such as more compensation days, summer hours and staff social events to boost morale. We’ve also hired new management staff to better distribute project tasks to reduce longer work hours.
