Pros
Most fellow employees are very friendly and the company offers free coffee and tea daily. Employees get a discount on propane.
Cons
This family company started going downhill once the family retired and hired a new president from outside of the business. The new president does not care about employees in all he wants is profit. They are working on getting rid of long-term employees to save money. It doesn't matter how loyal you have been to them if you make too much money they will fire you. This is no longer a family owned company and has a "corporation " feel even though they try to sell you on it being an employee owned company (ESOP). The corporate office also tends to be very clicky. If yiu aren't friends withthe right people then yiu need to watch your back. Also, company would rather hire young people straight out of college than promote growth from within. The new president has really made this company awful and it's heading downhill fast.
