Coworkers were the best part and loving what the job entailed.

Poor management. Not involved with individual employee/ division to know the specifics and tasks involved with each role or day to day duties. Instead of resolving where the actual issues arise from or provide the correct tools or actually monitor from both ends to optimize and streamline sales, shipping, inventory so things could improve they choose to ignore which interrupts and degrades value added progress and employee value.
