Pros

Extremely exciting products to work with, fast pace of a start up with a mature brand, a talented and responsive development team working with a global support team. Poised for lots of growth and exciting times to come.

Cons

A little chaotic still as the dust settles from recent merger with Hi Software and resources get aligned. A global workforce can make for some very early or very late meetings and commitments.

Pros

The company has some quite good security technology, especially the new network security product. The market for this type of solution is just getting started, with more companies looking at it every day. I’m very optimistic about the potential for rapid sales growth in the near future.

Cons

The setup of the back office systems (SFDC and Sharepoint) are not the easiest to work with, which causes some hassle sometimes.

Pros

- Important products that actually work. - Awesome start-up culture without pushing it too hard on employees. - Global start-up with an effort to remain a connected, global company. - Small teams with room to do your job and improve process for scalability - Flexible, laid back environment with genuinely nice people. - Great benefits (not typical at a start up) - It's nice to see an upper management team with the eyes on the same prize, working towards the same vision. Some recent team changes have made a huge difference here.

Cons

- Would have loved a more formalized training process - Cross-functional communication could always improve, especially as the company grows.
