      1:- first this company is not a limited company. 2:-Don't think of salary if you want to join because it will be given after four or five month. 3:Don't believe in MD promises at the day of joining. 3:-If you want to leave no experience is given. 4:-Abuse employees. 5:-You have to only copy and paste the code.if you did new things you are abused by MD

      Training initiatives need to be structured better Better leave policies are needed. Other companies in this sector give more number of leaves
