There’s a real sense that the company is building something very big and very important, and that shared belief shows up in the day-to-day work in a positive, constructive way. The work is challenging and moves quickly, which is exciting if you enjoy autonomy and problem-solving—it’s not a place for cruising, but you’ll learn a lot. Despite the pace and ambition, people are genuinely kind and collaborative, and that culture clearly comes from the executive team, including the two founders.

Having worked in startups for a number of years, I am endlessly impressed by the intentionality and positivity of Crux's culture building relative to its peers. I was drawn to Crux because of their mission and impact, and the leadership continues to demonstrate a commitment to those values.

Crux is fast-paced and is quickly evolving in this dynamic sector. I recognize that may not be a fit for everyone, although I've found it to be well-suited to my style.
