      - The team (with the exception of the top management/EMEA directors) is a pleasure to work with - Working in the anime/manga industry and contributing to Japanese culture

      Cons

      - Decisions are made on the basis of personal affinity / without taking any strategy into account - EMEA top management who are clearly incompetent and don't know what they're doing
