Pros
Free anime. Your coworkers are super capable. Free food. If you're lucky you can get hired to do 1 job, not do it for a year somehow get a promotion during that year so that you become your own boss as still haven't produced anything in a year.
Cons
Upper management are liars. The company is not interested in transparency or DEI /Inclusion, they don't even promote from within. Reorgs happen ever 2-3 months. Upper management just wants yes people if you ask questions or explain to them a better way to achieve their goals you will get pushed aside or even let go with the excuse of "the merger" even though that happened almost 2 years ago.
