Pros
- Fully remote work environment - Competitive compensation - Flexible PTO policy (though this has become more restrictive depending on the manager)
Cons
- Career advancement is limited unless you're in the inner circle or among management favorites - Outdated management practices and systems that resist change - Instances of poor communication and questionable leadership behavior, including gaslighting - Company values were once core to the culture but now seem largely ignored or forgotten This company had a lot of potential and once fostered a strong, values-driven culture. Unfortunately, leadership changes and shifting priorities have eroded much of that foundation. It’s becoming harder to trust in the direction or transparency of management, and opportunities for growth feel increasingly political. If leadership doesn’t course-correct soon, the gap between what the company says and what it actually does will continue to widen.
