Being here just over a year and half, I've really enjoyed my time with Crunch! Management and co workers are a joy to work with and truly care about your wellbeing! You can do a mix of WFH and working in office which is a really nice balance as you get to see your lovely co workers! Clear progression routes with management keen to see you rise and do well! CEO very friendly and personal, truly cares about his employees and is transparent with how the company is doing and its goals.
Cons
Over COVID and beyond, the sizes of the teams have shrunk and thus the workload can be a bit stressful but can see management now actively trying to fill up the teams to avoid any further stress
