Pros
Pay is ok Families are sometimes great
Cons
The families are very entitled, don’t care about the employees, or see Nannie’s as just another person who is caring for their child. NO health care. NO upward mobility. Scrutinized under a microscope for performance reviews, while families have no accountability and we carry all of the blame and responsibility. We don’t get a say in our schedule. We are forced to be autobooked don’t have a choice. We are treated like a r have to work without caring about the person’s well-being or if they are being mistreated or discriminated against.
