      There is a great culture at C&F. They really look out for their employees.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is for C&F to allow employees to carryover PTO time again.

      Great people and amazing culture. Fortune Top 100 Places To Work. A lot of PTO. Flexible work schedule. 401k, stock options, profit sharing.
