Pros
Benefits, remote employment, low caseloads.
Cons
Extreme micromanagement; they do not allow a healthy work/life balance, nor do they allow for new comers to acclimate to the system before bombarding and overwhelming their employees. No upper management organization and claims system is archaic. The low caseloads seem appealing until you realize the caseloads are low due to the system issues. There is no capable way to handle an average caseload when you have to operate multiple systems(which crash often) to do simple requests. Upper management does not allow for work/life balance and does not understand the pressure being placed on it's colleagues.
